The easiest way is to use the “Book Now” option on each apartment listing. If you’re not sure which space fits your needs, reach out—sometimes it’s easier to talk it through with someone who knows the options inside out.

It depends on the property, actually. Some of our homes are available for short breaks, while others (like Hangar or Bauhaus) are only available for monthly rentals. If you’re unsure, check the apartment’s page or, honestly, just ask us.

Every property is different, but things like fully equipped kitchens, fast WiFi, smart TVs, and fresh linens come as standard. Some apartments have terraces or skyline views, others have quirky layouts or historical features… it’s part of the appeal, really.

Yes! Maybe this is what sets us apart. If you want your fridge stocked or a private dining experience, or just need laundry handled at an odd hour, our guest services team can likely sort it. We want your stay to feel easy, even indulgent.

Some are pet friendly, but not all. We recommend mentioning it when you book—no one likes awkward surprises or last-minute “no pets, sorry” messages.

All our homes are in prime Manchester neighbourhoods—places like Ancoats, the Northern Quarter, Spinningfields, and more. Each area has its own vibe, and honestly, exploring the city on foot from your front door is half the fun.

You’re in the heart of Manchester, so you’re spoilt for choice. We can recommend local restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions tailored to your interests. Sometimes we even get a little too enthusiastic about our neighbourhoods…
