In an exciting design challenge, The Jacksonheim Boutique transformed an old toilet block, located in a former factory mill in Ancoats, into a stunning two-bedroom residence. The dark, awkward space has been transformed into a luminous, inspiring abode, displaying the company’s creativity, innovation, and commitment to luxury accommodation.
The Santorini Boutique, named for the iconic Greek island, showcases a design that seamlessly blends arches and curves, a tribute to the striking landscapes of Santorini. Within the limited square footage, a purpose-built mezzanine level was added, creating a charming secondary sleeping nook and maximising the use of space.
“Every aspect of this remarkable renovation was carefully considered,” said Phoebe Desser, Interior Design Lead on the project. “We designed bespoke furniture for the bedroom and living room, merging functionality with style, and the unique textures throughout the space, such as the specialist microcement flooring, beautifully mimic the rough plaster found in traditional Greek homes.”
